In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited where permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, under the regulatory framework of the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, unless otherwise required by local law applicable to your jurisdiction.
